3、DC)processisthemainparametertoachieveahomogeneousflowbehavioroftheliquidandsolidphasesandtopreventmacro-segregationeffectsintheSDCprocess,anaccuratelycontrollableinductionheatingmethodmustbeselectedforthereheatingprocess.Thepurposeofthisworkisnotjusttoobtainthedesiresolidfraction,
4、generallyabout50%,butalsotoensuretheoptimalinductionheatingconditionsofA356alloytoreducethetemperaturegradientofa76mmdiameter90mmlengthbilletandtoobtainafineglobularmicrostructurewithoutgraincoarsening(resultingmicrostructure).Thisworkshowsthat,inthecaseofathree-stepreheatingproc
