1、合肥工业大学硕士学位论文电絮凝法处理毛毯印染废水的研究姓名:李杰申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境工程指导教师:彭书传;张国生20080801电絮凝法处理毛毯印染废水的研究摘要印染废水具有废水排量大、有机物成分复杂、污染物浓度高、难降解物质多、色度高、毒性大等特点,单纯依靠生化法进行处理,对CODCr和色度的去除率很低,难以达标排放。电絮凝技术是一种具有发展前景的水处理技术,其处理印染废水具有COD去除率高、脱色率高,处理时间短、占地面积小、耐冲击性强和操作管理方便等优点。本文系统地介绍了电絮凝技术的基本原理、应用情况、发展前景和存在的问题,以毛毯印染废水为研究对
2、象,对毛毯印染废水的电絮凝处理工艺参数分别进行了单因素实验、正交实验以及紫外一可见光谱实验,实验结果表明:电絮凝法处理毛毯印染废水时,其较优水平组合为采用直流电源、电絮凝时间为30min,电源电压为90V。此组合试验条件下,CODCr和色度去除率分别达72.8%和88.9%,能耗为0.005kW.h/g,处理效果比较理想,能耗低。本文提出了一条以电絮凝+生化处理的组合工艺路线,这是一条新的、有效的、可行的、达标排放的技术路线,不仅可以解决环境污染问题,还可以创造可观的经济效益,同时也推动了我国印染和环保技术进步,为社会创造财富,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意
