1、大连海事大学硕士学位论文水上交通安全规律研究姓名：李光辉申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通信息工程及控制指导教师：吴兆麟20071101中文摘要摘要为探索水上交通事故的发生规律，加强水上交通安全管理，确保广大人民群众生命财产安全和水上交通安全形势的稳定，本文对我国“九五”和“十五”期间的水上交通事故情况进行分析，并与美国同期的事故进行比较分析，查找水上交通事故的发生规律，提出加强水上交通安全管理的建议。对我国水上交通安全状况的宏观分析，主要是对水上交通事故件数、沉船艘数、死亡失踪人数、事故直接经济损失等四项事故统计指标状况进行趋势分析，找出发生事故的宏观规律

2、；然后采用灰色关联分析的方法将四项指标数据与我国人均GI)P、水路货运量、运输船舶艘数、水运货物运输周转量的关系进行定量比较分析，查找事故情况(四项指标)与经济发展的各项指标的关联度。通过关联分析，发现我国水上交通事故的事故件数与事故死亡失踪人数主要受船舶艘数影响；水上交通事故的沉船艘数与货物运输量的关系最为紧密；而事故经济损失与水上运输货运量、运输船舶艘数、水运货物周转量及人均GDP的某一要素的关系紧密程度不是特别明显．根据以上分析结果，我们可以得出以下结论：在当前及今后一段时期，如果船队结构、船员素质、通航环境、监督管理各项管理水平没有得到本质提高
