6、ulationcanbeincomeinequalityandtheresultingpoliticalandeco-hindered(Perotti,1993;Barro,2000),inequalitymaynomicoutcomes(Scottetal.,2001;Michelbachetal.,causepoliticalinstabilityanddistortionsfromincreased2003;Bjørnskov,2005).However,thepotentialeffectsgovernme
