2、TATIONOFLIABILITYEachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.Thewarrantyperiodisthreeyearsandbe-ginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairsandservicesarewarrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheorigin
3、albuyerorend-usercustomerofaFlukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,disposablebatteriesortoanyproductwhich,inFluke’sopinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglectedordamagedbyaccidentorabnormalconditionsofoperationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewillopera
4、tesubstantiallyinaccordancewithitsfunctionalspecificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeenproperlyrecordedonnon-defectivemedia.Flukedoesnotwarrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedpr
5、oductstoend-usercustomersonlybuthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferentwarrantyonbehalfofFluke.WarrantysupportisavailableifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidtheapplicableinterna-tionalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuy
6、erforimportationcostsofrepair/replacementpartswhenproductpurchasedinonecountryissubmittedforrepairinanothercountry.Fluke’swarrantyobligationislimited,atFluke’soption,torefundofthepurchaseprice,freeofchargerepair,orreplacementofadefectiveproductwhichisre-turn
