2、风节能改造方案和移动通信基站综合节能解决方案。运用定性比较评估方法,对该方案在中国电信、中国移动等通信运营企业实际应用的节能效果进行科学测量统计。应用试验结果表明:通信运营商有效控制管理能耗,在实现信息化、精确化管理基础上,因地制宜采用节能技术,建设节能型通信网络,有利于通信网络的节能减排与可持续发展,保证通信网络可靠、高效运行,降低资本开支和运营开支。关键词:通信网络;能耗;节能中图分类号:TN915文献标识码:A文章编号:1672−7207(2009)02−0464−07Analysisofenergyconsu
