4、nwasO.50mM.Thedevelopedbiosensorpresentedgoodaccuracy,repeatability,reproducibilityandstabilityaswellasanexcellentabilitytoresistinterferencefromascorbicacidanduricacidspecies.TheinvestigationindicatesthatPMB@Si02(:nano)hasagoodpotentialapplicationinconstructionofthethird—generationen
5、zymebiosensorasaconductingmatrixmaterial.3.Goldnanoparticles(AuNPs)wereelectrochemicallydepositedoncarbonnanotube(CNTs)modifiedglassycarbonelectrode(GCE).Cysteine/AuNPs/CNTs/GCEwaspreparedafteradsorptionofDL—cysteinehydrochloride.TheCu计@DL—cysteinecomplexcouldbeformedontheelectrodesur
6、faceinthepresencecopperions.TheelectrochemicalmeasurementsoncopperionswereperformedbasedontheredoxreactionoftheimmobilizedCuH.ThefactorsinfluencingCu2+-detection,suchasthedepositiontimeofAuNPs,theTVconcentrationofDL—cysteine,theaccumulationtimeofCu2+,pH,etc.wereinvestigated,respective
