1、本科生毕业设计（论文）摘要在科学技术迅速发展的今天，包装工业越来越受到人们的关注。商品外表的包装能够对物品起到保护作用，好的物品包装能够引起消费者的兴趣，达到刺激消费的效果。本次设计题目为“四边封条袋包装机设计”。本次设计的基本设计方案是：包装袋是在机上成型；总体布局是立式；连续式作业；机上制袋采用对合式、截取式。包装机一次可进行多袋物料的包装，主要用来包装胶丸、粉末、颗粒形态的物料，其体积小巧，操作简便，可调性强，宜人性高。本机可根据包装物料的不同形态更换不同的上料机构。该四边封包装机由物料供送机构，放卷机构，纵横封热封辊机构，打字辊机构，纵切机构，横切机
2、构（冲裁机构），输送机构，控制机构，传动机构几部分组成。机器进行作业时将待包装的物料装进料斗之中，将包材从放卷机构上依次引入热封辊，打字辊，纵切机构和冲裁机构，开动机器，对包材进行纵封和底边横封，料斗升降机构带动分料斗下降给料，给料完毕分料斗抬升，同时热封辊进行横封，纵切机构对包装袋纵切，冲裁机构对包装袋进行锯齿状横切。用输送带对完成的包装袋进行运送。设计者在结合人因工程学对包装机进行总体设计的同时，着重对其物料供送机构，冲裁机构及热封辊模具进行设计。关键词：包装机；四边封；供送机构；热封；冲裁机构V本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractWiththerap
