1、摘要本论文针对内蒙古大唐国际锡林浩特矿业有限公司M102、M103、M106三个皮带驱动站的逸尘问题,经过现场考察调研测得了现场粉尘特性,经过实验研究分析了粉尘的润湿性、爆炸性和自燃倾向性,并根据现场具体情况并结合当地气候、水资源条件等对其进行了皮带驱动车间粉尘综合治理改造设计,介绍了高压微雾除尘系统的组成及运行,使得高压微雾除尘系统在皮带驱动站粉尘治理中得以实际应用,通过计算现场试验分析得出最佳的喷雾参数:喷嘴孔径为0.5mm,喷雾压力为5~7MPa,雾滴粒径为3μm~30μm,在产尘源头有效捕捉粉尘微粒达到降尘作用,降尘效率达80%~90
