1、中北大学学位论文铝合金内腔带筋筒形挤压件成形工艺分析与实验研究摘要目前为了减重的需要,许多装备上的零件被设计成薄腹板并带有纵横内筋结构。筋板类构件的加工通常采用铸造、数控加工或焊接的方法,材料利用率低、加工成本高和产品力学性能差是这些加工中存在的问题。本文在综合分析内腔筋件成形特点的基础上,采用楔形机构转化轴向力为径向力的加载方式挤压成形,并对其成形过程进行了数值模拟和实验研究。本文应用MSC/superform有限元仿真模拟软件,并对该工艺进行了三维数值模拟。得出了成形过程中金属的流动规律、应力、应变的分
2、布情况,并得到挤压温度为460。C的条件下成形性较好有利于该零件成形,确定出了合理的变形工艺参数。根据数值模拟分析的结果,确定了采用等温挤压成形的工艺,对两种不同的模具设计方案进行了比较,选择了最优化设计的模具。在此基础上进行了物理实验,并对数值模拟结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,数值模拟结果同实验结果基本相符,表明数值模拟在实验之中的指导意义和工艺设计与模具设计的合理性。关键词:铝合金,数值模拟,内腔筋,挤压中北大学学位论文TheTechnologyAnalysisandExperimentalResear
