3、developedcountryattachesparticularimportancetotheinvestmentoftraining,itstraininginvestmentaccountsforupto2.15%ofGDP.Effectivecorporatetrainingsystemisthebasisandguaranteeofcorporatetraining,itsimportancehasbeentheconsensusofexperts,scholarsandentrepreneurs.H
4、owever,thereisnouniformconcept,compositionandconstructionmethodofthetrainingsystem.Inthispaper,onthebasisofthestudyofcorporatetrainingsystemofthescholars,theauthorsummarizedtheconceptofatrainingsystem,systematicallystudieditscomposition,proposedtobuildaneffec
5、tivetrainingsystemorientedtocorporatestrategy.TheauthoralsoanalyzedthetrainingstatusandexistingproblemsoftheHuabeiOilfieldCompany,andputforwardspecificideasonhowtostrengthenthestrategicorientation,improvethetrainingprogram,optimizethesystemoftrainingresources
