1、毕业设计毕业设计题目:IH65–50–160系(部):机械工程系专业:化工设备维修技术0832指导教师:完成日期:2011.05.0545毕业设计毕业设计前言本书是对IH化工离心泵的一个简要说明。本书中简要概括了离心泵的工作原理、工作特点、工作中常见的故障及其检修方法。以IH65-50-160为代表,通过对泵的工作条件,经济,环保等多方面考虑,确定泵零部件的选材和设计特点。化工泵由于工作的条件比一般的泵要苛刻的多,故设计时要有不同于一般泵的选材和结构。IH型化工泵为单吸悬臂式离心泵适用范围广泛,如化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品、制
2、药、合成纤维等工业部门,用于输送腐蚀性的或不允许污染的介质。介质工作温度一般为-20~105℃技术参数5.5功率(kw)25流量(m3/h)32扬程(m)2900转数(转/分)65温度(℃)-20~105℃性能描述用途用于化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品、制药、合成纤维等工业部门,用于输送腐蚀性的或不允许污染的介质。介质工作温度一般为-20~105℃。化工离心泵的设计原则:1、满足设计基本参数和化工工艺流程要求;2、运行可靠、寿命长、经济性好;3、结构先进,制造工艺良好,操作维修方便;本泵设计的是输送介质为62摄氏度下的浓度为65%
3、的浓硝酸,故泵轴,叶轮,轴封等零部件都选用了特定的材质,在满足工艺性能的前提下,尽量节约成本价,以寻求最优化。在编写过程中,作者致力于把自己所学的专业知识与实际工作中所总结的经验相结合,抱着认真、严谨,科学的态度编著此书。虽然如此,但是由于作者本人的知识水平有限,本书中还是免不了会出现一些错误,漏洞和一些有争议的地方,希望广大同行,教师在发现本书的缺点后,能不吝赐教及时给于斧正。编者2011年3月45毕业设计毕业设计目录第一章对IH化工泵的简要叙述Ⅰ.化工泵的基础知识·······························
