1、第I页摘要直流电子设备的日常应用越来越多,一台直流电源往往由于功率、电压、电流等原因不能满足现场要求且易出故障,所以在生产应用中通常采用多个电源并联运行。并联均流技术是当前电力电子技术发展的重点,开关电源并联均流系统利用多个电源模块并联,通过改变并联模块的数量来满足不同功率的负载,每个模块能很好的满足电源在性能、重量、体积、效率、运输和可靠性等方面的要求。本论文中应用非隔离型DC-DC电源变换技术完成开关稳压电源(升压Boost型)的并联均流设计及制作。系统主要分为四个模块,首先由UC3843控制芯片构成的直流电压的升压变换,然后利用
2、UC3902集成IC将两个相同的UC3843模块并联为自动均流电路,再利用ADC0809芯片完成AD转换并将转换后的数据传递给单片机,最后用单片机AT89RC52(51)完成AD转换后的电压数值在数码管上显示。实验证明本系统输出电压具有一定可调范围,噪声、纹波电压低和DC-DC转化效率高的特点。除此之外,该系统还设计了过流保护功能,在电路排除过流故障后,电源具有自动恢复到正常的特点。关键词:开关电源,BoostDC-DC转换,并联均流,AD转换第II页DcswitchingpowersupplyallflowsystemdesignA
