2、l—capacity,lowefficiency.Althoughsomeoftheproducersoffusedmagnesiumarechangingtothehighpowermodeinthefurnacegradually,buttheoryfurnaceofthepowerproductionprocessisinsufficient,whichresultsthatunsatisfactoryoftheactualproduction,lowyields,highenergyconsumptionproblemstillhasnotbeensolved.Theop

3、timizationofthehigh-powerfusedmagnesiumfurnaceisquitefew,mainlyinthefollowingtwoways:(1)Usealargediameterfurnacesmeltingfurnacetoreducetheheatloss,whilepreheatingtheskinsandofmaterial,butalsoaffectingthemeltingcrystallizationeffectofthelumpinside.(2)Useheatrecoverysystemsaftercompletionoffuse

4、dmagnesiumsmelting.Heatrecoverycanbeeffective,buttheeffectiveutilizationofgeothermalenergycannotbeincreased.Infusedmagnesiumfurnaceprocessparameters,theparameterscanbeeasilyadjustedispolediameter.Choosingtherightpolediametertosmelt,inordertogetalargerareaofthepoolandensuretheeffectivecrystall

5、izationeffectswhileimprovingenergyefficiency.Thispaperfirstpresentsamethodforcalculatingthepolediameter,andtheestablishmentofacalculateddiameterofthepolerelationship.Second,useAnsystoanalyzethefactorslikepolediameterthataffectthesizeofthepoolarea,inordertoidentifythefactorswithareasonablewayt
