2、tionspeedandquality,theradiospectrumresourcesarebeingstrained.SoOFDM(OrthogonalFrequencyDivisionMultiplexing)isbecomemoreandmorepopularnowadaysforitshighfrequencyefficiencyandstrongabilitytoanti—disturb.Itisalsoregardedasthemaintechnologyofnextglobalmobilecom
3、municationsystem.OFDMisawidelyusedmulti-carriermodulationschemewhichdividesthemultipathfadingchannelintoanumberofflatfadingchannels.Abigadvantageisthatpowerandinformationbitscanbeallocateddependingonthechannelcharacteristicstogetahighresourceusingratio.Inthis
4、paper,theemphasisislaidononeofthekeytechniquesinOFDMsystems,theadaptiveresourceallocationtechniquesforOFDMsystems.Now,therearemanywaystosolvehowtoallocatetheresources.Generally,theycanbedividedintotwoclasses:fixedresourceallocationanddynamicresourceallocation
5、.Fixedresourceallocationschemes,suchastimedivisionaccess(TOMA)andfrequencydivisionmultipleaccess(FDMA),assignanindependentdimension,e.g.timeslotorsubchannel,toeachuser.Afixedresourceallocationschemeisrigidregardlessofthecurrentchannelcondition.Thispapermostly
6、analyzesdynamicallocationalgorithm,andstudiesthesingle—userandmulti-userresourceallocationalgorithmrespectively.Firstly,severaltypicaladaptiveresourceallocationalgorithmsareintroduced,andanimprovedalgorithmisproposedbasedonthesealgorithms.Theseexistingalgorit
