1、摘要本设计为河北省邯郸市高新宾馆设计。全楼主体共十层,建筑面积为10335.46㎡。设计分为两部分:第一部分是建筑部分,包括对建筑的周围的环境设计,建筑的平面设计,建筑立面的设计,建筑剖面设计,建筑构造做法及材料的选用。本建筑设计采用了内廊式的平面组合,使宾馆内各房间相对独立、安静,不被穿越但又有一定的联系,建筑布局因地制宜,灵活布置,功能分区明确、流线清晰、便于管理,满足使用要求,特别是消防和疏散要求。第二部分为结构设计,本设计的结构采用横向框架承重体系,选取一榀框架进行水平力和竖向力计算,并进
2、行内力组合,以确定最不利内力,并进行截面设计。包括框架梁、板、柱、楼梯、雨篷及基础的截面设计等。墙体采用粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑,有利于减轻建筑物自重;其中对框架梁、板、柱的设计都采用了比较常用的弹性理论方案。本设计为7度抗震设防烈度设计,因此设计过程中还进行了地震作用下弹性位移验算和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性变形验算。设计后达到了强度、刚度和稳定性方面的要求。关键词:建筑框架混凝土抗震设计134AbstractThisdesignforHebeiProvinceHandanhighnewgues
