1、摘要超声波流量计是通过检测流体流动对超声束(或超声脉冲)的作用以测量流量的仪表,目的是解决一些测量困难的问题。意义是使流量仪表更能适应铁路站场的环境,计量更方便、经济、准确,而且本身不容易损坏,功耗低,可靠性高。此类产品为国内外先进水平,可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、给排水等领域。基于难度和可实现性因素的考虑,本论文选用传播时差法为研究课题,在综合吸收国内外先进的超声波流量测量技术的基础上,完成了以下一些主要工作:对超声波时差法测流量原理的研究,针对超声波流量计测量精度容易受温度影响的问题,利用改进型算法避免温度对测量精度的影响;超声波在流体中
2、传播特性的分析、超声波流量计流体力学分析及流量修正;设计系统的控制测量电路,包括超声波发射电路、超声波接收电路、信号整形电路及系统控制电路等,并根据仪器本身实际情况和现场环境研究适合于的硬件抗干扰技术;设计相应的计算机软件对仪器进行控制和对数据进行运算处理,在软件上采取适宜的抗干扰措施,进一步增强仪器的运行稳定性;以超声波时差检测的实验为整个实验研究工作的重点,针对现有实验条件进行了实验研究并给出了实验数据和结果分析。关键词:超声波流量计;时差法;传播时间IIAbstractUltrasonicflowmeteristhroughthetestflu
