1、青岛农业大学毕业论文（设计）题目：青岛大学住宅楼设计姓名：学院：建筑工程学院专业：土木工程班级：2009级1班学号：20093867指导教师：2013年6月10日青岛大学住宅楼设计摘要：本次毕业设计是青岛大学住宅楼设计。设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。该住宅楼为五层现浇混凝土框架结构，其中带有地上室和阁楼，结构不考虑抗震，设防烈度为5度，建筑物耐火等级:Ⅱ级，总建筑面积约3384.6平方米。我在这次毕业设计中把大学期间所学的知识做一个系统的总结，在建筑设计部分，考虑到是住宅楼的设计，所以主要是根据设计资料及设计思想对本建筑做初步设计。并在老师的指导下，我考虑到在建筑设计部分的使用的需要，
2、并把建筑中划分了功能分区[2]，在结构设计中，首先我根据框架跨度确定各构件尺寸，然后再进行恒载、活载及风荷载的荷载统计和内力组合；然后利用统计好的数据，采用D值法进行风荷载作用下的结构内力计算，对于竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算则采用的是分层法；再进行内力组合分析，然后找出最不利的内力组合，进行构件分析计算；最后，利用计算结果，按照规范规定的构造要求进行配筋及其验算，绘制结构施工图。按照任务书的要求完成相应的图纸的绘制。关键词：结构设计；住宅楼；框架结构；TheDesignofQingdaoUniversityresidentialbuilding77StudentmajoringinCivil
