1、摘要转向节是轿车关键零件之一,为安全件,它既支撑车体重量,又传递转向力矩并承受前轮刹车制动力矩,因此对其机械性能和形状结构要求非常严格,制造难度大。如何采用高效、节能的方法生产出优质的轿车转向节零件,成为生产中亟待解决的问题。本文以复杂零件的精密成形为技术指导思想,根据挤压和模锻成形理论,针对轿车转向节零件的自身特点,提出轿车转向节零件的成形新工艺,即复合挤压精密预制坯一开式模锻一冲孔和切飞边。以UG和DEFORM。M软件为工具,分别对复合挤压精密预制坯和开式模锻工序进行了三维热力耦合有限元分析,得到了成形过程中金属的流动规律,应力、应变、速度和温度场的分布情况以及行程——载荷曲线;考察了主
2、要成形参数对金属流动和成形力的影响以及冲头速度对温度场的影响,并以此为根据确定了主要成形工艺参数。本文还进行了物理模拟实验研究,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性和该工艺的成形可行性。本工艺实现了金属坯料在热模锻压力机上两步成形,从而大大简化了轿车转向节零件的生产工艺,降低了生产成本,为轿车转向节零件的国产化提供了一条行之有效的途径,为类似的枝权类零件的成形提供了借鉴。关键词转向节;精密预制坯:模锻;数值模拟;实验研究燕山大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractSteeringknuckleisoneofthemostimportantcarkeypartsandasafetypart.Itsuppor
