1、基于资源价值的多目标土地利用结构优化研究—-以崇左市为例不高、耕地减少较快，建设用地供需压力较大、后备土地资源不足（2）建设用地的单位面积价值高于农用地；城镇村及工矿用地的单位面积价值在所有土地类型中是最高的；但是城镇村及工矿用地的生态价值远远低于林地、耕地等农用地。（3）通过遴选得到的推荐方案能够实现经济、生态与社会价值的和谐统一，达到社会总福利的帕累托最优。本文探讨了基于资源价值的土地利用结构优化的模式，能够完善土地利用规划体系，具有丰富的方法论。对崇左市以及其他生态脆弱地区的土地利用提供了借鉴
