3、ment(TDM)andpublictransportationmanagement.ThispaperfocusesonthestrategiesofpublictransportationmanagementandproposesastochasticequilibriumassignmentmodelformixedtransportationnetworkWithtransitlane.Aniterativealgorithmisalsoputforwardbasedonalgorithmsdevelopedbyformerresearchers.Fin
4、ally,anumericalexamplebasedonacomplicatedurbantransportationnetworkwith8nodesand1linksisgiventoshowthattheproposedmodelandsolutionalgorithmarerationalandeffective.Accordingtothesimulation,theestablishmentoftransitlaneandappropriatetransitratioinuserschoosingtransportationmethodCandec
5、reasethetotalnetworktransportationcostandamelioratetheurbancongestion.Forexample,whenthetransitratiois40%,stochasticuserequilibriumassignmentinnetworkwithtranitlaneCancutdownthetotalnetworktransportationcost.Inthemeanwhile,thenumberofcongestedlinksisalsoreduced.However,itisalsoCanbed
6、rawntheconclusionthattransitusingratiomanagementisessential.Toolowortoohighofthetransitusingratiowillleadtoincrementoftotalnetworkcost.Themodelandsolutionalgorithmproposedinthispapercanbeappliedinresearchonurbanmixedtransportationnetworksystemwhichwillprovidereliablefundamentalinurba
