2、redistributionontheworkpieceiswellstudied.Theoutcomesindicatethatthestraingradienteffectisoneofthemostimportantcausestothesizeeffect.(2)Thestressdistributionstatusoftheworkpieceinfrontofthetooledgeisinvestigated,andtheunderlyingreasontothegrowingtrendofcuttingforceislyingontheincreasingstre
3、ssinwhole.(3)Thestagnantzoneinfrontofthetooledgeisstudied.Thestagnantcanbediscoveredthroughthecuttingspeedcontour,andthezoneareawillincreasewiththeriseoftooledgeradiuswhichresultsinthetransitionofapointofmaterialdamagepositiontoacurveposition.Thistransitionremarkablydeterioratesthesurfacequ
