3、vatoryresultsarelistedasfollows:Firstly,Thepaperstudiesthetoolenvelopesurfaceexpressionformedbythetoolinterpolationfromthelinegeometryanddual-quaternion.Onthebasisofthetheoreticalanalysisandprecisioncontrol,thelineartoolpathinWCSisfittedwithdual-quaternionB-splinevectorfu
4、nctioninordertoobtainthedual-NURBStoolpathdescribingthelocusoftooltippointandtoolaxispoint.SimulationsshowthatthelineartoolpathinWCSissmoothedbyusingtheproposedalgorithmtoobtainadualNURBStoolpathfitting1precisionandreachingGcontinuity.Secondly,theisometricdouble-NURBS,whi
5、chonewastheNURBScurveofaxispointsandanotherwastheNURBScurveofcuttercenterpoints,wasgeneratedbydiscretetoolpathdatatodescribethefive-axistoolpath.InordertosolvetheproblemthatthedistancebetweenthetwoNURBScurvesmaynotbeequal,amethodofgaussiansphericaloptimizationofcutteraxis
6、vectorNURBScurvewasproposed.Theisometricdouble-NURBSwasgeneratedbyamethodofoptimizingcutteraxisvectorofNURBScurveonthegaussiansphere,thentheparameterofthedouble-NURBSmaybenotsynchronous.Therefore,aparametersynchronousmodelofisometricdouble-NURBStool-pathwasproposedtosolve
