1、AbstractDevelopmentanddesignofUHF-bandRFIDhandheldDevelopmentanddesignofUHF-bandRFIDhandheldAbstractRadioFrequencyIdentification(RFID)isawirelesscommunicationtechnology,transforminginformationviaradiofrequencysignalstoidentifyaspecifictarget,withoutanycontact.Theultra-highfrequency(UHF)
2、-bandRFIDtechnologyispromisingforitsstrongpenetration,long-distancetransmission,hightransmissiondatarate,andhighreliability.Moreover,itcanalsoreadmultipleRFIDtagssimultaneously.Thus,ithasbeenconsideredasanimportantRFIDtechnologyreceivingwideinterestaroundtheworld.Inthisthesis,wedevelopa
3、nddesignUHF-bandRFIDhandheld,whichasanapplicationexamplecanbeusedinintelligentopticaldistributionnetwork(ODN)systems.ThisthesispresentsahandheldRFIDsystemdesign.Inthehardwareimplementation,wehavemadecarefulselectionsforarangeoffunctionmodules,includingmicroprocessor,radiofrequencyidenti
4、ficationmodule,GPSmodule,andWIFImodule.WechooseSTM32F103RBT6chipwithcortex-M3coreasthemicroprocessor,AS3992radiofrequencyidentificationchipastheradiofrequencyidentificationmodule,CNP301UAmodulemadebyCONTRUPastheGPSmodule,andalow-costembeddedmoduleHLK-RM10madebyShenzhenHi-LinkElectronics
5、astheWIFImodule.SoftwaredesignincludesRFIDhandheldsoftwaremoduleandthePCsoftwaremodule.TheRFIDhandheldsoftwaremoduleincludesinitialization,serialportinitialization,andsubroutines.ThePCsoftwaremoduleincludesthefunctionforcommunicationanddatabaseaccess.ThedesignedUHF-bandRFIDhandheldcanef
