2、speciallyconcentratedinthemiddleandlowerreachesoftheYangtzeRiverandtheTibetanregions.Butwiththecurrentrapiddevelopmentofeconomicconstruction,theutilizationofresourceshasmultipliedatanastonishingrate,lakeresourcesisnoexception.Forlackoftheresourceprotectionconsc
3、iousnessandeffectivesupervisionmechanismintheprocessofdevelopment,someplaceappearedalotturnlakesintofields,thelakebuilding,discharge,sedimentdepositionandotherbadphenomenon.Itbringsseriousdamageandbadinfluencetolakeresourcewaterquality,areaandregulatingfunction
4、.Includingthemostobviouslyistheshrinkingoflakeareaandthedisappearance,inaddition,thedamagecontinuestointensify.Infaceofsuchserioussituation,thetraditionalsupervisingpatternsshowinpoorefficiencyandlowprecision.Mostoftheillegaleventswerefoundbythereportingofthelo
5、calresidentsandtoimplementthefurthermanagement,weneedmorefieldinvestigationstoverify.So,thetraditionalsupervisingpatternsnotonlylacktheinitiative,whichcan’tensuretofindtheillegaleventsforthefirsttime,butalsothefiledmeasurementwillconsumealotoftimeandhumanandmat
6、erialresources.Evenmanagementbeinglaggedwillcausemoredamagetothelakeresources.Thispaperdevelopedasetoftailor-madeforlakesdynamicarearegulatorysystemaccordingtolakearearegulation,aimingattheshortcomingsofthetraditionalregulationmethod,andbasedonthecurrentremotes
7、ensingtechnology,spatialinformationtechnology,computertechnologyandtherapiddevelopmentofdatacommunicationtechnology.Thesystemcanrealizeapproximatereal-timeimageacquisitiontargetareathroughhighresolutionsatelliteremotesensingimages,andextracttheareaoflakewaterbo
8、dybydifferentmethods,andthenthroughthespatialanalysisfunctionofGeographicInformationSystem,processeslikebufferanalysisandsuperimposedanalysiswerecarriedoutonthelakeregions.T
