1、25Cr2Ni2MoV钢焊接接头低周疲劳性能研究丁杰,郭素娟。,刘霞,轩福贞(1.华东理工大学机械与动力工程学院承压系统与安全教育部重点实验室,上海200237;2·上海电气电站集团上海汽轮机厂,上海200240)摘要:对新型汽轮机焊接转子材料25Cr2Ni2MoV焊接接头及其母材进行应变控制的低周疲劳试验,并进行了相应的断裂位置统计和循环变形特征分析。试验结果表明,焊接削弱了焊接接头的疲劳强度,受到结构非均匀性和各部分力学性能的相对不匹配等因素的影响,焊接接头的断裂位置体现出明显的应变水平依赖性;焊接接头和母材在

8、V钢焊接接头及其母材的低周疲劳试验结果25Cr2Ni2MoV钢焊接接头低周疲劳试验选取五级载荷进行,以表3所列寿命等级为依据进行图3低周疲劳测试试样结构尺寸载荷分级,通过试验测试,最终确定采用0.8%,需要强调的是,受到材料尺寸和数量的限制,0.5%,0.4%,0.33%和0.3%的应变幅值对母材的疲劳试样只能沿垂直焊接接头疲劳试样的25Cr2Ni2MoV钢
