2、evenuniformofdensityandhighdensity,whichhinderthefurtherapplicationinthebuilding.Theunevendensityisoneoftheproblemsintheresearchofbambooscrimberinthestackingsequencestepandthenmanualoperationmakesitlowerefficientandtheslabbingnosurfacebondingstrength.Also,theoverlappingofbamboobundleleadtothesl
3、abbingunevenspreadthequalityofspreadoftheslabbingdeterminesthedistributionofverticaldensityfileandtheuniformofphy7sicalandmechanicalpropertiesofbambooscrimber.Tosolvethisproblem,onthebaseofthesheetedwayintheprocessoflaminatedveneerlumber,themethodsoflineconnectionanddensifiedbamboobundleveneero
4、nprecompressedprocessareresearchedtomakeveneeronepieceformationandtheboardhi【ghphysicalandmechanicalpropertiesatthesametime.Dendrocalamusfarinosusistakenastheresearchobjectwhichstudiedtheeffectoftheprocessingoflineconnectionanddensifiedbamboobundleveneeronprecompre-ssedprocessonthepropertiesofb
5、amboobundleandbamboo—bundlelaminatedveneerlumber.Mainresultsaresummarizedasfollows:(1)Themethodsofconnectionwithsewingcottonandhot-meltplasticfilamentsatisfiedtherequireementsofasheetofthebambooboundingunits.Thelinespanis70-100mmwith300mmbamboobundle.Themethodofsewingcottonhadalittleinfluenceon
6、theMOEandMORofbendingandhorizontalshearingstrengthofbamboo-bundlelaminatedveneerlumber.III(2)Withthelineconnetion.theuniformityofphysicalandmechanicalpropertiesanddensityinbothwidthandthicknessdirectionofBLVLwassuperiortobambooscrimber.AlsotheCVofBLVLwithlinewasreducedastheincreaseofboarddensit
