3、obesolvedassoonaspossible．Inthispaper,electromagnetictransientprogram(EMTP)isusedtorecurtheaccidentswhichhappenedin220kVdouble—circuitlinesinpractice，andthesimultaneoustrip·-outmechanismindouble-·circuittransmissionlinesonthesametowerisrevealed．Thestudyshowsthat：althoug

4、hthepowerfrequencyvoltageisnottheprimarycauseoflightningflashover，ithasasignificantimpactontheflashoversequenceoftheconductors；groundingresistancehasagreatimpactonthelightningwithstandlevel，itissuggestedthatthegroundingresistanceofthedouble—circuittransmissionlinesonthe

5、sametowerisnotlargerthan10Qinheavylightningarea．Thispaperalsoanalysestheapplicationeffectoftheunbalancedinsulationondouble—circuittransmissionlines．Theresultsshowthatbymeansofensuringenoughdifferencebetweeninsulationlevelsforthetwocircuits．itcanmakesurethatwhendoublecir
