1、提要目的：通过针刺活血调心方治疗心血瘀阻型心脏过早搏动，并与电针双内关穴对照，比较两种治疗方法疗效的差异,为临床针刺治疗心血瘀阻型心脏过早搏动提供客观依据。方法：将51例患者随机分为观察组25例和对照组26例，观察组采用活血调心方，穴取灵台、神道、百会、内关（双）、膈俞（双）、三阴交（双），并施以特定手法，对照组电针双内关穴。两组均每日治疗1次，刺血隔日一次，针刺治疗12次为1个疗程，于治疗前和1疗程后观察动态心电图早搏的变化。结果：观察组、对照组治疗前后病情分级均有显著性差异（P<0.05），观察组和
