1、维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量及相关因素沈明珠杜爱燕范建桢华梅婷南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院血液净化中心摘要：口的调查维持性血液透析患者的睡眠状况，了解其相关因素。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估血液净化中心110例维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量，并分析相关因素。收集患者性别、年龄、文化程度、原发病、透析方式等一般资料。结果维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍发牛率58%;晚间行维持性血液透析患者主观唾眠质量、睡眠时间、唾眠效率、唾眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分均高于日间患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。每周二次血液透析、三
2、次血液透析、二次血液透析一次血液透析滤过患者主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、H间功能障碍评分呈递减关系，差界有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同原发病患者主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o患者维持性血液透析时间(月龄)越长，唾眠障碍及日间功能障碍越明显。结论维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量较低，晚间血液透析患者、未进彳亍血液透析滤过的患者、透析月龄长的患者以及原发病为糖尿病肾病患者的睡眠质量更差。关键词：维持性血液透析;唾眠质量;匹茨堡睡眠质量指数;收稿日期：2016-11-06Su
