1、塑性变形对铸态AZaO镁合金组织及性能影响的研究摘要为了能提供一些实践生产中镁合金成型工艺基础理论,本文以铸态和均匀态AZ80镁合金为研究对象,通过挤压试验来研究塑性变形对铸态AZ80镁合金其组织性能的影响,并分析铸态与均匀态成型过程中的差别。首先把部分坯料进行均匀化退火处理,形成了均匀态试样,在确定挤压工艺后,对铸态和均匀态AZ80镁合金进行挤压试验。通过金相观察、室温力学性能测试等方法研究挤压后的铸型挤压态和均匀型挤压态的试样,得到试样组织性能的变化规律。如下:挤压态试样的微观组织中均发生了动态再结晶,在挤压平行流线上分布着大量细小等轴晶,晶粒组织较挤压前都明显
2、产生了细化。从试验数据中,可以认为随挤压温度的升高,均匀型挤压态的抗拉强度呈阶段性变化,延伸率呈减小的趋势,铸型挤压态抗拉强度和延伸率先降低后升高;通过比较,在同等条件下均匀型挤压态抗拉强度高于铸型挤压态的,而且延伸率呈现较好的规律性。在试验中,铸态AZ80镁合金在T=390℃,挤压比入=75挤压时,室温力学性能较好,所需的挤压力相对较小;经过均匀化处理的AZ80镁合金在T=390℃,挤压比入=60挤压时,室温性能较好,所需的挤压力相对较小。关键词:AZ80镁合金,动态再结晶,挤压,微观组织,力学性能TheEffectofPlasticDeformationofCa
