1、摘要摘要二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，知识成为带动企业发展的主要动力。企业间的竞争是人才的竞争，企业发展的核心是人才，因此人才管理对于一个企业的发展来说至关重要。本文研究课题是从软件工程的角度出发，融入科学的人力资源管理思想，使管理思想与软件工程技术完美结合。本课题实现的信息管理系统能够快速收集和处理企业内部的人事管理信息，使企业各级管理者能方便的了解企业真实的信息，辅助其作出正确的决策。论文主体部分叙述了应用目前成熟的J2EE架构实现基于Web应用的人力资源管理系统的整个流程。针对南方航空集团公司的实际情况，进行需

2、求分析、概要设计、功能模块划分、详细设计、后台数据库的逻辑设计和具体系统的实施做了详细的说明。最后针对该信息平台系统的设计和实施的具体情况，构建对应的测试环境，并对未来工作进行展望。关键词:人力资源管理，J2EE，功能设计，设计模式应用IABSTRACTABSTRACTThe21stCenturyiscalledtheknowledgeeconomyage.Knowledgeisthemajorforcetomakeindustriesdeveloping.In21stcentury,thecompetitiona
