2、advantages,suchasdirectcurrent(Dc)output,excellentdynamicresponseandprecisionoutput,miniaturizationetc.ItisthedevelopmentorientationofRSWpowersupply.AimingtogathertheweldingparametersofRSWaccuratelyandreal-timely,multi—parameterstestingsystemwithPICl8F6585micro·
3、controllerisdesignedinthispaper.Itisthebaseofcontrollingpowersupplypreciselyandforecastingtheweldingqualityaccurately.Theparametersincludesecondarycurrent,weldingvoltage,weldingpowerandweldingtime.ConsideringthecharacteristicsofRSWinverter,theweldingcurrentismea
4、suredbyRogoswkiandvoltageisobtainedfromtheelectrodedirectly.Simplebuteffectivehardwarecircuitandsoftwarecalculationareadoptedtorealizetheseparameterscollectionandprocessinginthissystem.Alsothesystemcancommunicatewithpersonalcomputer(PC).Thehardwareandsoftwareint
5、hissystemisprovedfeasible,anditsdetectingprecisionishigher.ThecharacteristicSofRSWinverterhasbeentestedandanalyzedbythetestingsystem。Thecurrentandvoltagewaveformhavebeendetectedandanalyzedintheconditionofdifferentinvertfrequency,powersupplyinput,loadsandpulsewid
