1、南昌大学2005届硕士学位论文摘要本文针对注塑成型过程对温度的要求,研究开发了一种基于Fuzzy推理的参数自整定PID控制算法的温度智能监控系统。研究内容主要包括:注塑成型机温度测量电路、双积分式串行A/D转换电路、组合式多通道PWM调功器、模糊PID控制器和人机接口界面等,整个系统采用分布式结构。单片机作为系统的智能前端机(简称前端机)用于负责现场(前台)控制、数据采集和实现基于Fuzzy推理的参数自整定P1D控制算法,PC机功能强大、界面友好而作为系统的上位机,上位机与前端机通过RS.485总线
2、进行连接。每个前端机含有两个单片机,其中单片机AT89C52主要用来实现基于Fuzzy推理的参数自整定PID控制算法、数据采集及与上位机之间的串行通信,而单片机AT89C2051用来产生多路PWM波去控制固态继电器的通断来调节加热功率。在Windows操作平台下(如Windows9812000D(P),上位机用户程序采用Visualc++6.0编程来设计主控窗口显示界面,并利用Visualc++6.0的ActiveX控件MSComm来实现与前端机(单片机)的串口异步通信。关键词:模糊控制;PID控制
