1、摘要本文以具有高截止频率的六角铁氧体为基础,开展了50MHz~1GHz的z型六角钡铁氧体电磁性能的研究,并通过凝胶自燃法实现了低温烧结。在以此材料为基础设计了多层片式电感,初步探讨了金属导线的布置结构及通孔对电感元件的一些参数的影响。并将此材料应用在LTCC工艺中,试制出滤波器样品。在此过程中得到一些有意义的结果:l在凝胶自燃法的基础上,采用二次球磨加Bi203的方法可获得性能较好的低温烧结C02Z铁氧体。2sr取代Ba的量增加,材料的截止频率将增大,复数磁导率将变小;当少量zn取代co时,随着zn取代量的增
2、加,截止频率向低频移动,磁导率增加,Q值总体下降。Cu取代Co时,随着cu的增加,材料的介电常数减小,介电损耗的峰值向高频方向移动。3金属导线离地的距离越小,有效电感值Leff、品质因子Q、自谐振频率SRF也越小;线圈圈数增加,Leff增加,Q值和自谐振频率SRF下降;线宽增加,Leff下降自谐振频率增大Q值几乎不变;通孔大小、覆盖层的大小及厚度对有效电感值Leff和自谐振频率SRF没有多大影响,但对Q值影响较大。关键词:Z型铁氧体,LTCC,片式电感,低温烧结ABSTRACTAbstractInthispa
