1、抽水蓄能电站效益综合评价研究摘要抽水蓄能电站启动快、调节灵活,在电力系统中可以承担调峰填谷、旋转备用、事故备用、调频、调相等任务。随着我国电力市场改革,电网的调峰、安全稳定运行和可靠供电面临更为严峻的形势,抽水蓄能电站对电网安全、稳定和经济运行发挥着重要的作用。抽水蓄能电站效益的综合评价研究有助于科学、系统、全面的认识抽水蓄能电站效益,对抽水蓄能电站的建设和发展起着至关重要的作用,具有重要的理论研究价值和实际意义。为了克服常规评价方法对抽象蓄能电站进行效益评价的片面性,本文从抽水蓄能电站静态效益、动态效益及环境效益三方面,构建了全面的综合评价指标体系,
