7、位:中海油研究总院。本标准主要起草人:常炜、黄喆、窦培举、张海红、李鑫、周晓红、雷方辉、王文祥、向守安。本标准主审人:李志军、王建丰。IIQ/HS13008—2010海上油气田工程设计节能技术规范1范围本标准规定了海上油气田油气处理及有关公用工程设施设计节能技术要求,包括降低能源消耗和减少油气损耗两个方面。本标准适用于新建海上油气田开发工程。改建工程和扩建工程可参照执行。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。
