1、ABSTRACTInpreliminarystudiesbyourgroup,wefoundthatdecarburizationformedanddecreasedgraduallyfromsurfacetothecenterhasappearedinmicrowavesinteredWC—Coalloys,whichaffectedbendingstrengthofthealloyseriously.BymicrowavesinteringYGl2andYGl3alloys,thereasonsforde
2、carburizationduringtheprocessinghadbeenstudied.Moreover,addingcarbonblackinthespecimensandincreasingsurroundingcarbonpotentialmethodstopreventthedecarburization.Inthiswork,VCwasusedasthegraingrowthinhibitorintheprocessofpreparationofmicrowavesinteringWC-12C
3、o—xVCalloys.AndwiththeadditionofVC,impactonpropertiesandmicrostructuresofWC—Coalloyundermicrowaveconditionshadbeenstudied丁hisworkmadethefollowingconclusions:(1)Whensamplesmicrowave—sinteredinN2atmosphere,YGl2andYGl3alloysappeareddecarburization,andthesurfac
4、eofsamplesdecarburizedseverelythantheinternalDecarburizationwascausedbytheoxidationofsamples,inwhichcase,oxidation,sinteringatmospheredecarburizationandmicrowaveeriectsmadeCdiflusionrateincreasedandtheC/Wratioincobaltphaseoutofbalance.(2)Threemethodswereuse
5、dtocontroldecarburizationofthealloysUnderappropriateprocess,when45wt%blackcarbonwasadded,bendingstrengthofYGl2alloyswassignificantlyincreasedto3172MPa.(3)ThemicrostructureofmicrowavesinteringWC一12Co—xVCalloywhichsinteredat1420℃forlOmin,haveshownuniform,fme-
6、grain,grainunimodalandwithoutabnormalgraingrowth.(4)WiththeincreaseofsinteringtemperatureandVCcontents,thealloy’srelativedensityincreasedsimultaneously.Besides,hardnessincreasedwithincrementalVCcontentAndwhenVCcontentwas03wt%,aturningpointwasappearmd,andthe
