1、兰州大学硕士学位论文镍及其合金植入大鼠体内后镍的代谢和胚胎转运的观察姓名:赵英申请学位级别:硕士专业:人体解剖学指导教师:宋焱峰20070501兰州大学硕士学位论文镍及其合金植入大鼠体内后镍的代谢和胚胎转运观察中文摘要目的:在雌性大鼠体内植入镍和镍钛形状记忆合金后,观察大鼠体内镍元素的代谢和胚胎转运。方法:将大鼠分为对照组(咖仃ol,n=lS),镍组(Nigroup,n-15)和镍钛组(Nrngroup,n=15),大鼠后肢股内侧肌肉钝性分离,埋入金属镍和镍钛记忆合金,常规饲养,入代谢笼收集粪尿,3周后与雄鼠合笼交配,受孕第18天剖腹产,收集组织样本,原子吸收分光光度
