3、ntialityandforestproductivity,increasespeciesdiversityandimproveresistanceagainstdiseasesofforest.Itisfavorablefortherationalcirculationofnutriment.ItCanreducethebrokennessintensityofforest,improvetheprotectefficiencyofforestandformtheharmoniousview.Asselectivecuttingisaccordwiththenaturallaw
4、,itwasreceivedmoreandmoreattentionbyecologists,biologists,forestryscholarsandloggingscholars.。ThesampleplotsofthedynamicallystudyonselectivecuttingandupgradeofnaturalforestwereselectedinDayuanloggingcampslocatedinJian’oncity,Fujianprovince.Theexperimentalstandsweredevelopedselectivecuttingofd
5、ifferentintensity(10wintensity13.0%;middleintensity29.1%;highintensity45.8%;over-highintensity67.1%)inAugust,1996,andnon-cutingandclearcuttingwerecompared(naturalregenerationaftercutting).Follow.upinvestigationWassurvedandanalyzedagaininJuly,2006.Vegetationswereinvestigatedinthewayofstandards
6、ampleplots,forestlitterswerecollectedandsoilsectionswereexaminedbeforeandafterselectivecutting.Thevegetation,litternutrientcontentandphysicalandchemicalpropertiesofsoilwereanalyzedbyconventionalmethods.Theeffectsofdifferentintensityselectivecuttingonthestandstructure,speciesdiversity,saplings
