6、blishedmorethan30thesesonfuzzylanguage,fromwhichmanyChineselinguistsandresearchersareinspiredandarousedtostudythesametheme.Legallanguagereferstoastylethatpenetratesalltheprocessesofthelegislation,thejudicatureandthelegalenforcement.Asabranchofprotocollanguage,legallan
7、guageboastssomewords,phrasesandmodeofexpressionwithuniquecharacteristics,oneofwhichisaccuracy.However,vaguenessisoneoftheattributesoflanguageandsoisthelegallanguage.Therefore,legallanguagehasbeencertainlyinfluencedbyagreatmanyvaguewordsandexpressions.Withthevaguenesso
