4、menterprises,receivedatotalof261validquestionnairesandmadesomedataanalysis:designedahumanresourcemanagementsysteminChinacontextthroughexploratoryanalysis,reliabilitytestandconfirmatoryfactoranalysis;verifiedthattheenterprisehumanresourcesmanagementsystemwillmakepositiveeffectontheorgani
5、zationalcommitment;establishedthe硕士学位论文Abstractstructuralequationmodeltoexploretherelationshipbetweenhumanresourcemanagementsystemandorganizationalcommitmentoneachdimension;finally,analizedtheimpactsthatthehumanresourcemanagementinternalfitmadeonorganizationalcommitmentthroughmultiplere
6、gressionanalysis.Conclusionsweremadeasbelow:(1)Thedesignedhumanresourcemanagementsystemconsistsofsevendimensions,namely,recruitment,traininganddevelopment,performanceevaluation,incentivepay,employeeinvolvement,workdesignandemployeeprotectionmodule.(2)Organizationalcommitmentoftheemploye
