1、摘要摘要伴随着我国经济的快速发展，车辆保有量的不断增加，汽车维修保养行业将成为一个新兴行业，车辆维修企业将会不断产生，企业规模也会不断发展。这要求企业应当尽快晚上车辆维修保养管理制度，实现业务流程标准化，制定出高效的企业管理规范，这样才能提高企业运行效率，保障企业在行业竞争中占据优势，引领行业发展。本课题就是针对企业需求，展开对车辆维修业务与企业管理方式的研究，在针对业务流程标准化和管理方式高效化的基础上，结合现代信息管理系统开发步骤，设计出车辆维修保养管理系统的结构模型、功能模型和数据模型。结合软件工程、计算机网络技术、数据库技术等理论，运用面向对象程序开发技术，设计完善出一个基于B/
