4、lpracticesandisexplainedgenerallybypoorknowledgeofOHSwithinorganizationsandprojectteams.Wepresent,throughthispaper,acriticalreviewandprovideanoverviewofresearchandindustrialpracticesaimedatsystematicintegrationofOHSrisksintotheexecutionofprojects,basedonpublishedscientificliterature.Wethusintro
5、ducesomeofthetools,methodsandapproachesbeingdevelopedoradaptedtointegrateOHSandageneraldescriptionofthecurrentstatusofthisintegrationinvariousfields.Ourfocusincludes,infact,laws,managementsystems,OHSriskmanagementthroughoutprojectlifecycleandeffortstointegrateOHSriskmanagementtoindustrialsafety
6、practicesincludingapproachesusinghistoricaldataandindustrialinterventions.Weconcludethatpublicationsidentifiedaremainlyderivedfromtheconstructionindustryandwestressthattheobjectives,methodologiesandresultsarelargelyheterogeneous.TheintegrationofOHSriskisnotsystematicinallindustrialfieldsdespitet
7、hechangingandimprovinglawsandmanagementsystems.InordertocompletetheoverviewofOHSintegration,wewillsuggestfuturereviewsandresearchthatspecificallyinvestigatesotherinnovativeOHSapplicationsandmanyanalysesofrecentindustrialacci-dents.Comple
