1、AbstractThisstudyinvestigatedthebasisformulationsofpolyurethanegroutingmaterialandflameretardant.Compoundmodifypolyurethanwithsolidflameretardants(melamin、ammoniumpolyphosphate、Br)andliquidflameretardants(DMMP、TCEP).Studyontheroleoftheadditivesandinfuencelawofthemech
2、anicalproperties.Studyontheroleofdifferentflameretardantstomechanicalpropertiesandflameretardancyofflame-retardantpolyurethanegroutingmaterial.Theresultindicatesasfollow:(1)Thebasisformulationsofpolyurethanegroutingmaterialasfollow:isocyanateindexis1.02,watercontentw
3、as0.1%,sanyaethyldiaminecontentwas0.2%,stannoustinwas0.15%,defoamercontentwas0.8%.Thebestmechanicalpropertiescanreach7.456MPaintension,11.640KJm-2inimpact,and17.790MPaincompression.(2)Theflameretardedeffectofunitaryflameretardantonpolyurethanegroutingmaterialwereunco
4、nspicuous,whiletheflameretardancyofpolyurethanegroutingmaterialwereimprovedsignificantlybymultiplexflameretardantforsynergismeffectofflameretardant,theoptimumflameretardantmixratioofBr,DMMPis1:2.(3)MicroscopictypeofmaterialisobservedbySEM.Afterflameretardant,themater
5、ialsurfacecoveredwithadenselayerofcoke.Thecokelayercanpreventfromfurtherburningflame,andimproveperformancetheflame-retardantpolyurethanematerial.(4)Flameretardantaddedcanimprovethethermalstabilit,yaverageburningtimeissharplyreduced.KeyWords:polyurethan;grouting;flame
