1、冷弯薄壁型钢梁板组合楼盖的受弯承载力研究-OSB周绪红1,2喆1王瑞成3石宇1李(1.长安大学,陕西西安710061;2.重庆大学,重庆400045;3.山西省电力勘测设计院,山西太原030000)摘要:通过对两边简支不同螺钉间距的两块足尺单跨冷弯薄壁型钢梁-定向刨花板(OSB板)组合楼盖的承载力进行单调静载试验,分析OSB板与冷弯薄壁型钢梁连接的螺钉间距对组合楼盖最大承载力的影响及试件的破坏机理。试验表明:冷弯薄壁型钢梁-OSB板组合楼盖具有较高的承载力和较小的变形;减小螺钉间距可以提高组合楼盖的承载力。试件的破坏模式主要表现为楼盖梁发生弯扭屈曲的同时,受压
2、区翼缘、卷边及腹板出现相关屈曲破坏,屈曲波长为相邻螺钉间距;支座附近OSB板与冷弯薄壁型钢梁脱离、掀起破坏。采用考虑材料、几何和接触非线性的ANSYS有限元程序对试件进行模拟,非线性有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,对螺钉间距、楼面板厚度、楼盖梁间距、楼盖梁截面厚度以及钢材强度等影响因素进行参数分析,结果表明:减小螺钉间距和楼盖梁间距、增大楼面板和楼盖梁截面厚度、提高钢材的强度均可以提高组合楼盖的承载力。关键词:冷弯薄壁型钢;定向刨花板;组合楼盖;承载力;破坏模式中图分类号:TU398+.9文献标识码:A文章编号:1000-131X(2013)09
