1、摘要古书院矿位于位于山西省东南部,沁水煤田的东南缘,面积23.4平方公里。主要开采3号煤层。3#煤层埋藏较浅,瓦斯含量低。各层煤自燃性不强,属于不易自燃煤层。本设计的对象是3号煤层。矿井工业储量17901万吨,可采储量14221.75万吨。矿井设计生产能力150万t/a。3号煤层为5.10米厚,倾角3到5度,距地面160米左右。采用斜井、集中大巷开拓方式。沿井田走向布置三条大巷,轨道大巷、运输大巷布置在岩石中,轨道大巷沿3号煤层底板布置。矿井移交生产至达到设计能力时,共开凿3个井筒,即主、副斜井、回风立井。主斜井装皮带,副斜井铺轨道,工业广场位
2、于井田中部。本井田3号煤层划分为4个采区,采用带区式准备。设计采用倾斜长壁采煤方法开采。回采工艺采用后退式、综合机械化放顶煤采煤法。作业制度为“四六制”,三班采煤、一班检修。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。矿井运输大巷采用皮带运输作为主运输,轨道大巷采用矿车作为辅助运输,通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井总风量为76.56m³/s,主扇工作方式为机械抽出式,风机型号为:BDNo.24,n=740r/min,电机功率为390KW。关键字:斜井带区式倾斜长壁采煤方法ivAbstractGuShuYuanCoalMineplaceinShanXiProvi
