1、摘要在全业务运营的大环境下，江苏移动如何在网络资源、业务资源不占优势的情况下最大程度上优化资源配置，迅速发展用户，并为其提供一个高效、安全、多样化的互联网服务，成为江苏移动在宽带业务发展中面临的鼋要挑战，为此，作者进行互联网流量实时监控、疏导为目标的研究，推动江苏移动互联网技术向高速化、信息化、安全化发展。论文首先分析了江苏移动整体网络情况，包括接入网络、承载网络、核心网络、业务网络与监控系统。对实施的互联网流量监控、疏导系统进}J二比较，分析了江苏移动瓦联网流量监控体系的建设部署，分析组网方案和
