7、ivenessIII福建师范大学硕士论文>•‘'ι.，，:..，".:)，:，1二:导阶飞;;和"句W中文文摘中文文摘团队研究成为管理心理学的热点之一，研究的焦点从群体对个体的影响转变为对团队效能及其影响因素的关注。研究的核心问题是团队的有效性以及影响团队有效性的因素。近年来的研究越来越关注团队效能的认知成分，在高绩效团队中所存在的、为团队成员所共享的集体认知的研究越来越受到重视，特别是对共享心智模型(ShareaMentalModels)的研究。本研究选择消防队这样一个特殊的群体来研究共享心智

8、模型，是因为消防队本身的独特性使它比其他团队更需要共享心智模型的达成。消防灭火救援是一种典型的通过团队合作来完成任务的工作。消防队和其他一般团队不同的是：一、团队成员间相互依赖性大。如1、2号员水枪手在前方灭火，3、4号员在后面铺设水干线，指挥员为队友提供现场信息，每个人分工明确又紧密配合。二、时间压力。时间就是生命，为了减少人民群众的人身财产安全，消防队员经常处于高度紧张的时间压力下。三、所面临的情境瞬息万变，现代火灾日益复杂化、多元化、危险化。这些特点决定了团队成员间的及时沟通和相互交换信息
