1、中国基层医疗机构医院感染管理现状及对策赵烁付强国家卫生计生委医院管理研宄所摘要：R的Y解我国棊层医疗机构医院感染管理现状及存在的问题，为加强我国棊层医疗机构医院感染管理薄弱环节提供科学依据。方法通过2016年网络问卷调査法，通过社区卫生服务中心（站）和乡镇卫生院的数据，分析我国基层医疗机构医院感染管理情况。结果经过数据筛查和整理，进入到木次分析范围有479所基层医疗机构，覆盖我国29个省（自治区、直辖市）。353所占73.70%无床位或床位少于50张，428所占89.35%建立了医院感染管理体系，448所占93.53%开展院内医院感染管理培训，282所占58

2、.87%开展了医院感染监测，427所占89.14%开展了手卫生培训工作，399所占83.30%开展了安全注射工作，473所占98.75%开展了医疗废物管理工作，303所占63.26%表示了解院感质控中心的工作。结论国家层面管理政策的制定对规范基层医疗机构的医院感染管理起到重要的作用；基层医疗机构仍需夯实基础，加强临床医师的医院感染防控基础知识培训，提高医院感染监测信息化水平，依法依规开展诊疗服务。同时应加强质控体系建设，加大基层医疗机构质控力度。关键词：基层医疗机构;医院感染管理;现状;对策;作者简介：付强，E-mail:mpazy@sina.com收稿日期
